By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I am applying to participate in the MLSOK service and hereby submit the following information for consideration.
The Participant acknowledges that all sales licensees licensed with the Participant’s office by the Department of Regulation and Licensing, or the applicable state of licensure, will be billed directly for their MLSOK membership unless the Participant submits a Waiver Form along with evidence of a sales licensee’s membership in another MLS other than MLSOK.
The Participant shall be responsible for all fees set forth in the MLSOK Schedule of Fees, including, without limitation, any late fees and any fines associated with the Participant’s failure to comply with the MLSOK Rules and Regulations as provided in the MLSOK Compliance Guidelines.

Acknowledgments and Agreements

1. I will be required to sign a Participant Agreement prior to accessing MLSOK services.
2. I agree to abide by the MLSOK Rules and Regulations, Participant Agreement, Compliance Guidelines, and all other MLSOK policies, as may be amended from time to time.
3. I agree to arbitrate disputes in accordance with MLS Rules that may arise out of my real estate business in conjunction with any listing or appraisal filed with the MLS, involving any other Participants or Subscribers.
4. I acknowledge that I will be required to complete up to eight (8) hours of orientation and ongoing training as a condition of membership in MLSOK.
5. I authorize MLSOK or its representatives to verify the information provided in this application by any method. I understand that any information gathered may be used to evaluate my application or membership. I waive any legal claim or cause of action for defamation that may arise from the verification, evaluation, or processing of this application or other authorized use of this information.
6. I consent to and authorize MLSOK to invite and receive information and comments about me from any Member or other person. I agree that any information or comments furnished to MLSOK in response to this application shall be deemed privileged and shall not form the basis of any claim for slander, libel, or defamation of character.
7. I understand that MLSOK may terminate my participation at any time, for any reason.
8. I certify that I do not have any outstanding financial obligations to any Association or MLS in the State of Oklahoma, or the applicable state of licensure. I acknowledge that discovery of any outstanding obligations will result in denial of my application for participation in MLSOK.
9. I agree to pay all MLSOK membership dues throughout my participation as they become due. I acknowledge that all dues and fees are non-refundable and that no refunds will be issued upon termination of membership.
